Bridging lender reg flags

Run a mile if you see any of these.

There are so many lenders out there that it actually fries my head when I see lenders that try and do sneaky things such as

• “minimum interest period is 50% of the loan”

• “interest charged on the whole loan from day one”

• “non utilisation fees apply”

Yes,no. If I see these anywhere then I won’t be using said lender now, or in the future. AVOID
