4 free tools for property investors. And lender red flags
First, the worst?
Welcome, welcome and thanks for subscribing. No fluff, lets get right into this.
5 top tools / apps for property investors
CheckMyFile - in 2025 you HAVE zero reason to not be on top of your credit profile. CheckMyFile will get the data from the main 3 agencies (Equifax, Experian and Transunion) and give you a nice visual display so its EASY to understand.
https://www.checkmyfile.com - free for 30 days
PDF Scanner app - please stop sending your broker pictures of documents. PLEASE. Instead download either CamScanner or Adobe Scan and make everyones lives easier.
Calendly - makes booking meetings a breeze. Avoid all that back and forth!
File transfer software - ESSENTIAL if needing to send a large lot of documents electronically. I use WeTransfer but DropBox and GoogleDrive also work.

“interest charged on the whole loan from day one”
“non utilisation fees apply”
Yes,no. If I see these anywhere then I won’t be using said lender now, or in the future. AVOID
And that folks, is it for the first newsletter. More to come .Frequently, infrequently. As and when.
